She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Viering and Augusta Viering (Viering); her daughter-in-law Brenda Lage-Olson; her brother-in-law Gerald Lage; and also, Fred, Walter and Warren Viering.
She is survived by: her husband John Lage of Sheffield; her sons, Michael (Diana) of Sheffield, Mark (Pamela) of Sheffield and Brian of Gladbrook; her grandchildren, Brandon of Chicago, Tyler (Molly), Ryan (Kelli) of Sheffield, Jacob (Maggie) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Alex Whitney of Ames and Joe of Gladbrook; her sisters, Linda Marlow (Stan), Ilene Cook (Dennis) and Helen Hinders (Gary); her sisters-in-law, Sue Viering and Colleen Lage; and also, Callysta, Katrina, Peter, Norah, Charlotte and Claire.
Memorials will be donated to The Gideons International.
