He is survived by: his wife Sally Heuberger of Sheffield; his daughter Katie; his grandchild Landry Ketelsen of Sheffield; his son Josh (Lauren Heuberger); his grandchildren, Larson and Eloise of Sheffield; his siblings, Jean Ann Hartman of Florida and Jim (Becky Heuberger); and his aunt Irene Mosiman of Merservey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
