She is survived by: her husband Dale Thornton of Shannon City; her children, Wayne Thornton of Lincoln, Neb., Dale Thornton of Plattsmouth, Neb. and Sheila Poppe (Jed Sorensen) of Lincoln, Neb.; her brother Richard Daub of Denver Colo; and her stepsiblings, Eddie Froit of Afton, Montel Froit of Afton, Linda VanHeeswyk (Harvey) of Afton and Debbie Hudson of Des Moines. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
