It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wiliam Cox (Seymour, Iowa), born in Allerton, Iowa, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Fay and Ruth Elnora Cox (Michael); and his sister Ruth Clark. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his daughters, Cheryl Dawn Kirkland (Rusty) of Centerville, IA and Darlene Osterholt (Rick) of Okarche, Oklahoma; his siblings, Thomas Cox (Linda) of Unionville, MO, Margaret Brandenberg of Delmar, IA and Kathryn Lord (Gary) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Stephen Osterholt, Shelley Kaster (Steven) and Derek Kirkland (April); his great grandchildren, Riley, Shelbey, Paislee, Avery Osterholt, Aiden, Rylan Kaster and Kacer Kirkland; and his siblings, Gene Cox and Jim Cox.
