She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Smith and Opal Smith (Bennett); her husband Steven L. Johnson Sr.; and her siblings, Leland, Virginia, Clara, Betty, Phyllis "Jean" and Beverly.
She is survived by: her children, Angela "Angel" (Kevin Wilde) of McLoud, Steven "Skip" Johnson Jr. of Seymour and Robert Johnson of Centerville, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jacob, Dusty, Brian, Katrina "Katie" and Cherokee; her siblings, Jacquelin Selby of Seymour, Anna Waits of Seymour, Marjorie Housh of Centerville, Iowa, Robert Smith (Sheryl) of Dexter and Donald Smith (Judy) of Ripley, Tennessee; and her brother-in-law Ronald Johnson (Sylvia) of Dixon, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
