She was predeceased by: her parents, Max McCarty and Veta McCarty (Snuggs); her parents-in-law, Lee and Helen Lucas; and her siblings-in-law, Keith Farnam, Richard Lucas, Richard Cobb and Audrey Lucas.
She is survived by: her husband Max Lucas; her daughters, Sherri Peterson (Ron) of Albia and Kelly Baxter (Don) of Spencer; her grandchildren, Myka Forrest (Joe), Dana Black (Chris), Aaron Peterson, Jordan Kragt (Elijah), Laine Wolff and Reagan Wolff; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Bethany Forrest, Gwen and Sterling Black; her sisters, Sandra Farnam and Joann Kovacevich (Dan); and her parents-in-law, Shirley Cobb, Alyce Lohr (Keith), Donnie Lucas, Dona Kent (David) and Harry Lucas (Janet). She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
