He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Perkins and Bernice Perkins (Jennings); his son Tracy Perkins; his brothers, Wayne Jr. Perkins (Jean), Marvin Perkins and Morris Perkins (June); and his daughter-in-law Linda Lou Joan Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Waltraud "Wally" Fettig; his sons, Raymond Perkins (Jackie), Wesley Perkins and Gordon Perkins (Lisa); his grandchildren, Raegan Paulsen (David), Cheyne Perkins (Aimee), Sheena Robinson (Zach), Nick Perkins (Chrissy) and Natalie Perkins (Ben Baker); his great grandchildren, Erin, Jocey, Traeger, Kenzie, Ashtyn and Heston; his sister Nancy Robbins (family: Rosie Poller); and his sister-in-law Linda Lee Fettig.
