He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Edward Crisp and Barbara "Babbie" Jean Crisp (Raney); his wife Lisa Hackney; his children, Dustin Matthew Crisp, Mindie Michelle Crisp and Denise Crisp (David Lewis); his grandchildren, Maddison Bolding, Lucas Crisp, Damien Crisp, Ayden Crisp, Zayne Crisp, Antonio Basaldua, Reinaldo Castro, Yessica Castro, Lewis Castro, Mackinze Cox (Brett Power), Shianne Cox (Harley Riddle), Cody Cox, Camilla McClain (Wyatt Hoover), Kyler McClain (Kimber Everett), Klayten McClain and Calliope Lewis; his mother-in-law Arlene Hackney; his great grandchildren, Blake Casey, Layla Riddle and Stanley Riddle; his brother Mike Tallent; his daughter-in-law Danyale Crisp; his father-in-law Ted Hackney; his children, Danny Crisp and Summer Cox; and his sister Sabra Hurst.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home-Centerville (501 N 18th St, Centerville, IA 52544). A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southlawn Cemetery - Seymour (502 Winston St, Seymour, IA 52590).
