He is survived by: his former wife Susan Johnson; his wife Kathy Collis; his children, Gary Collis (Megan), Aaron Collis (Amber), Jake Agan (Darian), Mike Agan, Susan Vilvens (Lindsey) and Tanya Vandepol; and his siblings, Anna Edwards (Larry), Norma Shepard, Melvin Collis, Richard Collis Jr. (Laura) and Cathy Sindelor (Carl). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
