He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Donald Jellison and Virginia Jellison; his grandchildren, Mendon, Gage, Zane, Holdyn, Grayson, Sutton and Remington; his wife Rhonda; his parents-in-law, Margaret and Wilbur Sowder; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Shipp and Pamela Vaughn; his niece Jessica Vaughn; his sons, Joel (Shelby) and Travis (Shelby); and his siblings, Debra Summers, Michael Jellison (Mona), Lisa Warren (Justin), Michelle Fortune (Daniel), Robert Jellison and Nicole Shipp. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and an innumerable number of friends.
