She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare Holbrook and Mae Holbrook (Kastner); her pet Boston Terrier; her half-brother Rex L. Barber; and her nephew Kenny Barber.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Moore; her daughters, Cynthia Sue, Becki Ann (Bryan Kratzer) of Norwalk, Diane Yenzer (Raymond) of Leon and Cindy Bartels (Mike) of Promise City; her grandchildren, Whitney Mehrhoff (Johnathan) of Corydon, Cody Cox (Amanda) of Harrisburg, Colton Schmidt (Alicia) of Osceola, Miranda Bartels (Jared Brown) of Centerville, Caylee Schmidt of Pleasant Hill, Andrew Yenzer of Ames and Allison Yenzer of Des Moines; her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Karleigh, Ronan, Truman, Jaxson, Vivian and Genevieve; and her pet Tony.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Seymour First Responders.
