He is survived by: his wife Anne Cook; his children, Zak Cook of Sergeant Bluff, Zeb Cook of Sergeant Bluff, Mara Jorgensen (Nick) of Sergeant Bluff and Rhobia Brewer (Paul) of Merrill; his grandchildren, Jace Jorgensen, Jack Jorgensen, Breck Brewer, Weston Brewer and Colby Brewer; his brothers, Ronald Cook (Jennelle) of Salix and Richard Cook (Steven) of St. Paul; and his sister-in-law Sue Cook of Sergeant Bluff.
