Chicoine of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, born in Akron, Iowa, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chicoine and Bertha Chicoine (Thompson); his wife Billie J. Foster; and his brother John "Jack" Chicoine. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Twohig of Sergeant Bluff, Janet Zidle (Matthew) of Gorham, ME, Diana DiPietro (Tom) of Roseville, CA and Laura Montano (Robert) of Stockton, CA; his grandchildren, Brandon Chicoine, Trevor Twohig, Kari Hangman, William Zidle and Lillian Zidle; and his sister Sandra Fixsel of Kingsley, IA..
