He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Johnson and Margaret Johnson (Hollister); his wife Dee; his granddaughter Emily; and his siblings, Ethel, Leonard, Melvin and Marvin.
He is survived by: his children, Rich Johnson (Sue), Debbie Sweatt (Mike) and JoDee Adair (John); his siblings, Russ Johnson, Betty, Dori, Marge and Mary Ellen; his grandchildren, Noah, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Danica, Colby, John, Kerrin, Nikki, Cyrus and Sophia; and his great grandchildren, Posey, Boaz and Enzly.
