Linda Lee Kaufman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lee Kaufman of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ingalls and Pearl Ingalls; and her siblings, Orville, Loran, Larry, Vera Louise and Darlene Curphey.
She is survived by: her granddaughter April; her husband David Kaufman; her children, Patti Johnson (JJ), Jon Kaufman and April Stierman (David); her grandchildren, Ali, Alex, Raven, Kallie, Jordyn, Tanner and Cierra; and her siblings, Jean Protiva (Russ), Ruth Morales of Kansas and Paul Ingalls (Denise). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Working at the Sergeant Bluff schools was Linda's favorite job; she continued working there until Covid forced her to stay home. The pandemic was difficult for many people, and especially cruel to people with dementia.
