Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leroy William Goeden of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, born in Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 70, on December 7, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Goeden and Agatha Goeden (Reifenrath); and his siblings, Darlene Hayford (Daniel) and Joseph Goeden. He is survived by: his wife Marcia (Heine); his children, Alicia Schatz (Mark), Robert Goeden (Stephanie), Christa Sathre (Donovan), Donna Martin (Troy), Dana Lensink, Laura Koetters, LeRoy Goeden (Kelley) and Kayla Goeden; his grandchildren, Lillian, John, Emily, Alexandria, Abigail, William, Erica, Dallas, Natalie, Jarrod, Jacob, Suzanna, Carsyn, Clark and Chloe; and his siblings, Beverley Guenther (Donavan), Harold Goeden (Carol), Jeanette Kneifl (Stanley) and Dorothy Hochstein (Dallas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In order to protect any other family from this pain of losing someone to Covid-19, the family is asking that everyone maintain social distancing and wear a mask if you attend the in-person service.
