He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne and Bernice Eberly; his stepgrandmother Annette Eberly; and his grandfather Darrell Easton. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Eberly of Sioux City and Jenine Eberly (Easton) of Sergeant Bluff; his daughters, Adrianna Eberly of Sergeant Bluff, Aeris Eberly of Sergeant Bluff and Angelique Eberlyl of Sergeant Bluff; his brother Jeff Eberly of Sioux City; and his grandmother Glenda Easton of Akron.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
