He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hendricks and Gladys Skaggs Hendricks (Schultz); his stepfather Fred Schultz; his brother Charles Schultz; and his nephew Michael Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Boswell; his daughters, Christina Strid (Troy), Annessa Schultz and Pamela Baker (Matthew); his grandchildren, Megan, Connor Strid, Logan, Camden, Brighton and Lincoln Baker; his brother James Schultz (Susan); and his nieces, Amanda Richards (John), Katie Millar (James) and Jodene Schultz.
He died at Pioneer Valley Living and Rehab in Sergeant Bluff, IA, while under hospice care for Alzheimer's Disease.
