He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Bottei and Rita Bottei (Uznanski). He is survived by: his wife Deana Bottei; his stepdaughter Sadie Engel; his siblings, Paul Bottei (Theresa), Greg Bottei and Roberta Bottei; his parents-in-law, Stan and Debbie Wisnieski; and his brother-in-law Jay Wisnieski. He is also survived by three nephews; two nieces; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Thomas Orthodox Church or to the Food Bank of Siouxland.
