It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ellen Sargent of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leroy "Pat" and Ellen Peterson (Olson); her husband Elbert "Sarge" Sargent; and her children, Patrick Sargent of Salix, IA. and Roxann Sargent-Beacom (Lloyd Crain) of Salix.

Her wish was that any memorial donations be directed to the Sgt. Bluff Museum or the Sgt. Bluff Helping Hands Pantry.
