She is survived by: her daughter Jolene Meyer (David) of Sergeant Bluff; her grandchildren, Lee and Jason (Angela); her daughter Abbigail; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Buckmaster of Albert Lea, MN; her grandchildren, Lynsie and Brittany (Travis); and her brothers, Don Chizek and Dick Chizek. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
