He is survived by: his children, Cam, Ashley and Missy Kolar (Gene) of Sergeant Bluff, IA; his grandchild Abby Monger (Nate); his great grandchild Remi Jo; his grandchildren, Andy Kolar and Cam Fletcher (Megan) of Fairview; his great grandchildren, Blake, Hadley and Emerson; his grandchild Ashley Wilson (Paul) of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa; his siblings-in-law, Lynn and Dennis Knox of Conway, AR; and his nieces and nephews, Chris and Aaron Knox.
