She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lynn and Ruth Lynn (Fiscus); her husband Gary Skinner; and her brothers, Conrad, Alan and Clinton.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Hills (Brandon Conyers), Roy Skinner (Becky) and Eric Skinner (Jessica Brown); and her siblings, Lloyd Lynn, Scott Lynn, Marvin Lynn, Michele Haitz and Margaret "Peggy" Harris. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
