He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Menard and Grace Menard (Owen); and his siblings, Artel, Constance and Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lussier; his children, Bradley Menard (Angela), Cynthia Polich (Steve), Julie Van Dyke (Don) and Joel Menard (Chen); his grandchildren, Leslee, Ryan, Justin, Ben, Michelle, Jordan, Chris, Kyle and Caleb; and his sister Beth Hickey. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
The family will direct memorials to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Sergeant Bluff Luton Track Scholarship.
