He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Alice June Widman (Heaton); his brother Randy; his brother-in-law Floyd Kroeger; and his father-in-law Robert Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Widman; his children, Peter (Amber), Ernest, Joshua (Kristel), Caleb (Emily), Christopher (Naomi), Jacob (Amber), Brandon (Kaitlin), Amy, Emily and Bethany; his grandchildren, Gabriella, Peter Jr., Henry, Sylvia, Lilianna, Boaz, Lauralyn, Esther, Rebekah, Hannah, Lydia, Hope, William, Ezra, Eliyanah, Elsa, Silas, Mercy, Benjamin and Karis; and his siblings, Martha Kroeger, Bill Widman (Barb), Karen Peterson (John), Bev Zenor (Mort), Chuck Widman (Charlene), Janna [Randy] Widman-Walton and Susan Wiens (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
