He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Florence Colby-Christensen and Edwin Jonas Busey; his brother Robert Carl Christensen; and his stepfather Marlowe Christensen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Busey (Bruner); his children, Janice Hill and David Busey (Renee); and his grandchildren, Madison Peterson (Andy) and Devin Busey.
