He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bittner and Mary Ann Bittner (Frederick). He is survived by: his wife Sheila Harmeyer of Scranton; his children, Jeff St. Peter (Deb) of Carroll, Kim St. Peter (Carrillo), Kathy Scheuermann (Dan) of Jefferson and Amy Roberts (Jason) of Jefferson; and his siblings, Roxanna Lindsey of San Antonio, TX, Gail St. Peter (Yatzi) of Scranton, Denise Bull (Doug) of Ames, Keith St. Peter (Ethyl) of Ames and Lisa Walker (Tim) of Marshfield, WI. He is also survived by many other extended family members and good friends.
A rosary will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Dahn & Woodhouse Funeral Home - Scranton (906 Grant St, Scranton, IA 51462). Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 9:30 AM. A wake will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church - Glidden (602 Dakota St, Glidden, IA 51443).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left at the funeral home or the church for a later designation.
