He is survived by: his wife Leesa Lewis of Scranton; his daughters, Wendy Johnson (Thomas) of Carroll and Ashley Squibb (Dustin Gustoff) of Scranton; and his brothers-in-law, Lanny Lewis of Jefferson and Randy Lewis of Scranton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
