He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Reinhart and Beulah Reinhart; and his son Matthew Reinhart. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Reinhart of Scranton; his children, Monte Reinhart of Mount Dora, FL, Rick Toms (Mary Jo) of Glidden, John Toms (Cathy) of Glidden, Lori Kinman (Shawn) of Norwalk, IA and Dianna Ohnemus (Joe) of Norwalk, IA; and his siblings, Elaine Peebles (Don) of Clermont, FL, Jeanette Sargent (Chet) of Scranton and Leslie Reinhart of Jefferson, IA. He is also survived by three nieces; and many other extended family members and good friends.
