He is survived by: his wife Ethel Godbersen; his children, Sheila Subbert of Exira and Lonn Subbert (Lori) of Milford; and his siblings-in-law, Renae Godbersen of Waukee and Jim Godbersen of Mapleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
