Taggart of Scranton, Iowa, born in Jefferson, Iowa, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Kunce and Irene Kunce (Stewart); her parents-in-law, Dale and Thelma Taggart; her brother Ray Kunce; her children, Leon Jr. and Kris Hoyt; and her grandchildren, Grace Hoyt, Ashlee Chizek and Jake Taggart.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Nate Chizek, David Hoskins, Zachary Chizek, Jared Taggart and Josiah Hoyt; her husband Leon Taggart of Scranton; her children, Kathi Hoskins (Gary) of Jefferson, Karen Chizek (Bill) of Prairie City, IA and Bill Taggart (Deb) of Scranton; and her siblings, Kathryn Hegwood of Carroll, IA, Susi Webster (Bruce) of Jefferson, Linda Nelson (Bruce) of Glidden, Jerry Kunce (Charlotte) of Sully, IA, Ron Kunce (Jeanie) of Bakersfield, CA and Marv Kunce (Sylvia) of Jefferson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and many good friends.
