He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waldo and Fern Waldo (Trimmer); his wife Betty Kepple; his sisters, Gertrude "Gertie" Wright and Gladys Byerly; and his grandson Jacob Waldo.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Ivan Waldo (Luann) of Panora, Barbara Waldo of Denison and Sue Conroy of Jamaica; his grandchildren, Mindy Palmer, Jenny Conroy, Meri Calvert (Jay) and Rachel Waldo; his great grandchildren, Allison Shemwell (Mike), Brock Louk (Katelyn), Cali, Raelyn Knudsen and Everleigh Calvert; and his great great grandchildren, Mackynlee and Decklyn Shemwell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
