He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kernen; his son Kyle Thompson (Brandy) of Scranton; his grandchildren, Jaron and Joseph Thompson; his brother Warren Thompson (Verna) of Akron, IA; his brother-in-law Randy Kernen (Sherry) of Glidden; his niece Rachel Meshek (John); and his nephew Daniel Kernen.
