He is survived by: his wife Peggy Aldag of Schleswig; his daughters, Durene Marsh of Mapleton and Kelly Korner (Scott) of Schleswig; his daughter-in-law Dorian Bird (Bill) of Carroll, Iowa; his grandchildren, Melanie Hargens (Mike), Matthew Petersen (Chelsea), Mindi Ohlmeier (Shawn), Danielle Watts (Steve), Deidra Brown (Nick), Dana Kolln (Matt), Alexx Aldag and Zachary Bird; his great grandchildren, McKinzie, Ezden Hargens, Jayden, Adelynn Petersen, Tyler, Trista, Taya Ohlmeier, Gavin, Cohen, Hudson Watts, Hailey, Cameron, Whitley Brown and Mackenzie Jorgensen; his siblings, Patricia Schultz of Schleswig and Ron Aldag (Nancy) of Apple Valley, California; and his brother-in-law Murlin Johannsen of Schleswig. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
