It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saundra L. Bumann of Schleswig, Iowa, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Salyard and Donna L. Salyard (Foulke); her parents-in-law, Robert and Irene Bumann; her great grandchild Joseph Behrendsen; her brother Raymond Salyard; her son-in-law Michael Landon; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Salyard and William Murphy.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Bumann of Schleswig, IA; her children, Allison Behrendsen (Dustin) of Schleswig, IA, Carrie Landon of Ida Grove, IA and Gregory Bumann (Jessica) of Council Bluffs, IA; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Dustin J., Austin, Derrick, Jarrett, Samantha (Isaiah), Olivia, Joshua, Thomas and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Harlee, Scarlett and Emmett; and her siblings, Kenneth Salyard of Ohio and Shirley Murphy of Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
