Richard Dean Peters Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2022, at the age of 88, Richard Dean Peters (Schleswig, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Peters and Amanda Peters (Engelking); his brothers, Verdus, Palmer (Verline), Logan, Julius Jr. (Mary) and Gene (Pat); and his brother-in-law Russ Daly.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Peters of Denison; his children, Steven Peters (Debbie) of Maui, Craig Peters (Susan) of Glenwood and Kandis Goosmann (Bob) of Mansfield, Texas; his grandchildren, Billy Peters (Medea), Seth Peters, Dr. Jace Peters (Kelsey), Katelyn Peters, Miranda Tam (Nick), Morgan Goosmann and Matthew Goosmann; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Nick, Xander, Paxtyn, Broox, Lou and Nellie; and his sister Loa Lane Daly of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the family and will eventually be donated to an organization in his name.
