Patricia Ann Backhaus Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Backhaus (Schleswig, Iowa), who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Munson and Dorothe Munson (Littleton); and her daughter Lynn Backhaus Braeker. She is survived by: her husband Fred Backhaus; her children, Andrea (J. R. Pauley) of Denison and Ron Backhaus (Kathie) of Smithville, Missouri; and her brothers, Lyle "Butch" Munson (Marlene) of Denison and James Munson (Audrey) of Bauxite, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to Wexford Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in Kansas City, Missouri.
