It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine E. Friedrichsen of Schleswig, Iowa, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frieda Jeschke (Kuester) and Carl Jeschke; her parents-in-law, Henry and Roma Friedrichsen; and her husband Freddie Friedrichsen.
She is survived by: her children, David Friedrichsen (Jac) of Schleswig, Andrew Friedrichsen (Sylvia) of Mapleton, Inez (Craig Voss) of Mapleton and Nancy (Steve Feauto) of Oakland, Iowa; her sister Betty Nielsen of Mapleton; and her sisters-in-law, Gaylene Steckelberg of Owatonna and JoAnn (Dennis Couch) of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
