He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Murlin, Betty Johannsen, Frank and DeLoris Stewart; his stepfather Brian Boland; his uncle Frank Stewart Jr.; and his cousins, Alicia Stewart and James Stewart.
He is survived by: his parents, Craig Johannsen (Julian) and Susan Boland (Johannsen); his girlfriend Sara Swafford; his children, Huntur Johannsen, Reid Johannsen and Lyndi Johannsen; his brother Jerrod Johannsen (Talsha); his stepsiblings, Brian Boland, Jr. (Misty), Jessica Reiter (Jon) and Jake Boland; his nieces and nephews, Colton and Taryn Johannsen; and his aunts and uncles, Diane Sigg (Harry), Kristine Stewart and Leisha Kragel. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
