It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Artis A. Christiansen of Schleswig, Iowa, who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schwarz and Dorothea Schwarz (Peters); her husband Robert Christiansen; and her brother Harold Schwartz. She is survived by: her daughters, Kay (Neil Wilken) of Schleswig and Mary Jo (Robert Jessen) of Mapleton. She is also survived by three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
