He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ehrp and Marian Ehrp (Rydstrom). He is survived by: his children, Kim Garrett (Jeremy) of Anamosa, IA, Carrie McDanel of Sioux Falls, SD, Matt Ehrp (Katie) of Early, IA and Gail Konopasek (Adam) of Dakota Dunes, SD; his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Macen Garrett, Dalles Johnson (Kristen), Lance, Emma Weber, Tyler, Hannah Ehrp, Marcus, Preston, Payten and William Konopasek; his great grandchildren, Nolan and Audrey Johnson; and his siblings, Warren (Linda), Donnie Ehrp and Carolyn Weise.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nicklas D. Jensen Funeral Home (1600 S Kiel St, Holstein, IA 51025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Silver Creek United Methodist Church (1904 Orchard Ave, Galva, IA 51020). A burial was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Holstein Cemetery.
