He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Egland (Tim) of Spencer, IA, Colette Swarthout (Doug) of Chariton, IA and Sara Richardson (Dan) of Lake City, IA; his grandchildren, Kari Mason (Kenny), Katie Shore (Joe), Joel Egland (Kelli), Robyn Post, Bill Post (Becky), Erica Goodyear (Scott), Danniele Anderson (Brock), Kelan Richardson (Kelsie) and Rylan Richardson; his great grandchildren, Sydnee Mason, Taylor Mason, Logan Shore, Connor Shore, Ashley, Ethan, Owen, Colton Egland, Christopher Post, Carrington Post, Anthony Fransen, Katie Fransen, Kaden, Jevan, Brylan Goodyear, Brockelyn Anderson, Treyg Anderson, Kinley Richardson and Knox Richardson; his sisters, Dorothy Ploeger (Melvin) and Jeanette Carter (Don); and his sisters-in-law, Connie Stille, Mary R. Stille and Arletta Stille. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
