She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Christiansen and Lois Christiansen (Shaw); her brother Floyd Christiansen (Ruth); and her son-in-law Rod Mayou. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Kroese of Schaller, IA; her children, Kathy Box (Tom) of Ames, IA, Mark Gividen (Lib) of Lincoln, NE, Susie Mayou (Rod) of Albert City, IA and Kris Bloyer (Todd) of Schaller, IA; her grandchildren, Katie Amador (Andres), Tara Box-Walker (Adam), Nick Gividen (Sarah), Amy Garness (Aaron), Linsey Gividen, Luke Gividen, CJ Mayou, Tristan Bloyer and Bo Bloyer; and her brothers, Dennis Christiansen (Cheri) of Shenandoah, IA and Dean Christiansen (Barb) of Alta, IA. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
