He is survived by: his wife Darleen; his children, Janet Maranell (David Helms) of Spirit Lake, IA, Twyla Otis (Dave) of Ashton, IA and Delmer Lee, Jr. Lode (Lisa) of Sanborn, IA; his grandchildren, Mia Codi Maranell, Kara Maranell, Lindsey Otis, Logan Otis, Delmer J. Lode III and Dalton Lode; his brother Marlin Lode (Sherry); his siblings-in-law, Cathy Lode, Rodney Mastbergen and Donald Mastbergen (Vicki); and his close friend Rick Maranell.
