She is survived by: her husband Jerry Burkhart of Salix, IA; her children, Jason Burkhart (Denise) of Salix, IA, Keith Burkhart (Leisa) of Vermillion, SD and Cass Burkhart (Brenda) of Salix, IA; and her siblings, Gary Quade (Donna) of Branden, FL, Lee Quade (Connie) of Sioux City, IA and Linda Williams of Sioux City, IA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
