He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lincoln Clarke and Geraldine Estell Wilson Clarke; and his wife Carol L. Colby. He is survived by: his son John James Clarke (Jody) of Orange Park, FL; his grandchildren, Carolyn Ann Clarke of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Andrew Charles Clarke of Middleburg, FL, Gregory James Clarke of Des Moines and Douglas John Clarke of Fort Lauderdale; and his brother John Wilson Clarke (Celie).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westover Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
