He is survived by: his children, Charlene Heins (Jim) of Longmont, CO, Dr. Lawrence Aurich of Flagstaff, AZ, Kathy Kramer (Duane) of Cascade, IA, Dean Aurich (Becky) of Mayer, MN, Deborah Schmidt (Grant) of Norfolk, NE, Janice Brooks (Gene) of Seward, NE, Connie (Wingate), Jim Pettit of St. Louis, MO, Bob and Chris Wingate of Independence, MO.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
