She was predeceased by: her parents, Celia Roediger Lange and John C. Lange; her husband Joseph F. Knabel; and her sister Lucille Schmalz of Dubuque. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Knabel, Phyllis Blickman of Dubuque, Martin and Carl Lange (Mary) of Dubuque; her children, Richard Knabel (Sharee) of Maquoketa, Stephen Knabel (Pat) of State College, PA and Carol Knabel of Conifer, CO.; and her grandchildren, Jay, Julie, Jessica, Louis, Genevieve, Samantha and Beau. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID pandemic, a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
