He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reicks and Eleanor Reicks (Bushe); and his siblings, Arlene Bodensteiner, Leo, Cyril and Roger Reicks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edie Shindelar of Spillville, IA, Anita Imoehl of Decorah, IA, Monica Brooks of Cedar Rapids, IA, Verna Chacey (Al) of Longville, MN and Denis Reicks of Cresco, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Florence Reicks of Alta Vista, IA, Judy Reicks, Leo Bodensteiner, Alvin Shindelar and Merlin Imoehl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
