She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bodensteiner and Johanna Bodensteiner (Rausch); her husband Linus Mihm; her sons, Joseph and Robert Mihm; her siblings, Albert Bodensteiner (Sylvia), Ray Bodensteiner (Alvina), Irvin Bodensteiner, Leo Bodensteiner (Arlene), Richard Bodensteiner (Geraldine), Helen Nienhaus (Florian), Irene Holthaus (Nilus), Alma Koch (Richard) and Doris Bodensteiner; and her parents-in-law, Marcella Schmitt (Jake), Margaret Smith (Milton), Dorothy Kuennen (Joe), John Schuler and Cletus Mihm (Viola).
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Mihm of Decorah, IA, James Mihm (Marilyn) of Waucoma, IA, Jean Bakula (Leo) of New Hampton, IA, Cindy Souhrada (Aaron) of Lime Springs, IA and Kathy Resewehr of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sister Julia Schuler of Austin, TX; and her sister-in-law Melita Bodensteiner of West Union, IA.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
